Keijyou @ Ebisu

Korean BBQ is quite popular in japan.

But, this place is a total collaboration of japan & korea.
By means of the special beef they serve here.
Japanese brand their beef by the pedigreed reigion, and as far as i know there's more than a hundred.
The top tier brands more often seen at "teppannyaki" restauraunts...is served at this yakinukuya.

The top three pedigree chum are "Matsusaka"(松阪), "Koube"(神戸),and "Oumi" (近江).
Sometimes appears as "TAJIMA"(但馬) from their same ancestral family.

Here they serve Matsusaka & Oumi.
Keijyou is a famous Yakiniku resturant for Matsuzaka and Oumi beef.

The notes put up at the elevator also says...

"Our beef is edible RAW"
"The best timing ; Grill 5seconds, Reverse & Another 5seconds, DONE"

maybe another new culture in japan.
Sashimi and sushi not only by seafood, but e do them with BEEF, too.

There's one interesting at the Sashimi part of the menu.
"Negi-Toro" often seen at sushi bars made with marbled-tuna(chu-toro)and scallions are served here with raw matsusaka beef and scallion.

Quite amazing.
